We have a 15-business-day return window, which means you may request a return up to 15 business days after receiving your item.

 


 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

 

  • Item must be unworn/unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

 


 

 

How to Start a Return

 


Email contact@thewidetoe.com to obtain return approval. Once approved, you may choose either:

 

  1. Store credit for the full amount, or
  2. A refund to your original payment method.

 


Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 


Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email contact@thewidetoe.com within 15 business days and include:

 

  1. Order number
  2. The item in question
  3. A brief description of the issue
  4. Photos showing the problem

 


We’ll make things right as quickly as possible.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


When your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

 


 

 

Cancellations

 

 

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has shipped and a tracking number issued.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

 

 


 

 

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

 


Refunds or returns are not issued if:

 

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect, or
  • The package was not collected in time and was returned to us.
