1. Where We Ship & Cost
- Global coverage: We currently ship to 30+ countries.
- Cost: FREE tracked shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday) from the moment your order is placed.
- You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

*Delivery windows exclude the processing period and may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
4. Tracking & Updates
All orders ship with end-to-end tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate after dispatch.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Address Accuracy
- Orders are locked for processing immediately after checkout; changes or cancellations are not possible once the order is dispatched.
- Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout—The Wide Toe cannot reimburse or reship parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with International Standard Shipping.
7. Late, Lost, or Mis-Delivered Parcels
- Late deliveries: If your parcel is still in transit past the maximum estimate, contact us; we’ll investigate with the carrier.
- Lost parcels: Report missing shipments in writing to contact@thewidetoe.com.
- Marked “delivered” but not received: First, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your workplace mailroom. Carriers can supply proof of delivery upon request. We do not refund or replace parcels that tracking confirms as delivered.
8. Returns Owing to Customs Fees or Unclaimed Packages
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import duties, the parcel may be returned or discarded by customs. We are not liable for such returns and cannot refund original shipping times or costs.
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, email contact@thewidetoe.com within 15 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Name of the affected item
- Brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage
Upon verification, we’ll offer either a replacement at no extra cost or store credit, whichever you prefer.
